We Stock All Kinds of Ink, for Large Format Printer, UV, Silkscreen, Sublimation and More

Anyone in the digital wide format printing industry will know that there is more to wide format printing than meets the eye. There are many different types of wide format printing and other printing procedures including different printing inks and printing processes which are suited to different applications.

Printing inks are utilized to print on an extensive range of items. This can include wrappers for food, posters, banners, billboards and so much more. However, colour is what makes ink stand out. Every single thing you observe on paper has been printed using ink.

A lot of what we print in this day and age makes use of a procedure that uses a four colour ink system i.e. yellow, magenta, cyan and black. There is an assortment of inks available for printing, from eco-solvent, uv ink, screen printing, sublimation, water-based and DTG textile pigment ink.

The key differences of the inks are as follows:

Eco-Solvent ink has the ability to print on numerous uncoated materials and need a very long time to dry up when compared to solvent ink. Maintenance of the printer is only required on a weekly basis when using this ink. It normally takes three years before the ink starts to break down and diminish, and it is water-resistant and remains unaffected by abrasions.

UV- curable inks do not vaporize the way solvent inks do. This ink is "cured" by high-intensity ultraviolet light. They utilize the least amount of volume due to their low viscosity of UV-curable inks.

Sublimation ink is known as water-based ink that provides heightened saturation due to the liquid ink soaking up into the paper or material.

Advanced Machinery stocks all types of inks for all your printing needs, from Eco-Solvent, UV Ink to DTG textile ink. The ink comes in various sizes, ranging from 100ml to 1 litre.
