In this video, we demonstrate the SP-2540 Automatic Flat Pneumatic Silkscreen Printer. This is a Screen Printer with a 300 by 500 mm working table and can print up to 250 by 400mm prints. Pneumatic systems are often used in Automatic Screen Printing Machines for their reliability and precision. They use compressed air to control various components of the printer.
It can Screen Print up to 1000 prints per hour, meaning all you have to do is keep feeding the printing material.
The pneumatic piston-driven system ensures constant solid motion, and for such a fast machine, precision is vital. This is why the Screen Printer has high-precision dialling knobs on all axis.
