1. Aluminium 80mm Center-Driven Rotary

This rotary is perfect for cylindrical objects and features an adjustable angle, offering greater versatility. It comes with two sets of chuck teeth to accommodate both solid and hollow items. Each rotary is numbered for easy identification, so you simply slot in the corresponding number for seamless operation.

2. Aluminium 10mm to 80mm Ring Clamping Rotary

The ring clamping rotary is ideal for handling smaller objects with diameters ranging from 10mm to 80mm. It’s
designed to securely clamp and rotate materials with precision, making it suitable for a wide range of laser marking tasks.

3. Aluminium 300mm Disc Rotary with Double-Side Plate

For larger projects, the 300mm disc rotary provides ample space for a variety of items. With its double-side plate design, it ensures stable and secure rotation, making it the perfect tool for larger cylindrical or disc-shaped objects.

4. 35mm Diameter Surface Drive Rotary

The surface drive rotary is compact and designed for more intricate jobs. With a 35mm diameter, it’s ideal for smaller items requiring detailed laser marking or engraving.

Each of these rotaries is made from high-quality aluminum, ensuring they are durable and reliable for extended use. They are driven by a single-phase motor and come equipped with A+, A-, B+, and B- signals for operation. These rotaries are designed to work seamlessly with AM.CO.ZA laser marking machines, and can also be compatible with other laser cutting and engraving machines, as well as CNC Routers.

Power Units and Compatibility

All four rotaries operate with a standalone power unit, making them simple to use. If you don’t have the necessary driver, AM.CO.ZA stocks the driver box separately. However, please note that technical support is only provided for the rotaries used with AM.CO.ZA’s laser marking machines.
