Silk-Screening with a Single Screen
-You can use a single panel to carry out the silk-screening process.
-Print the image of your choice on vinyl using the v-auto superfast vinyl cutter
-Remove all the unwanted vinyl with your weeding tool.
-Place your black T-Shirt on a flat surface
-Place the screen/panel on your T-Shirt
-Add blocking tape right around your screen- this prevents ink from going through to the t-shirt.
-Place T-Shirt on flat surface.
-Take screen and lay it onto the T-Shirt.
-Apply a generous amount of ink onto the screen.
-Press screen down onto shirt with a squeegee. Place the squeegee at a 45-degree angle and run it back and forth.
-As soon as you are done lift your screen and have it dry up.
-Dry it up with a hair dryer or heat gun.
-If you want to add another colour, use a new screen or mesh
-Or re-use the one that you used initially. Clean it up with AM’s cleaning solution.
